I use to always dread Inspection time, but since I have been taking my vehicles to Little tire it has been a very positive experience. They tell you what the wait time will be and there are no surprises. Staff is always polite and friendly. Waiting area as well as service bays neat and organized. Definitely recommend Little Tire.

After a horrible oil change at a different business I had to have my car towed here. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They were super friendly and documented everything to help me in my communication with the company that did the oil change. I will be using Little Tire Company for future car needs.

I’ve always received excellent service. The techs are always pleasant and professional. Being a woman you normally feel uncomfortable going to shops for service in fear of being overcharged or coerced into repairs. That is never the experience here. They fit me in between their scheduled appointments for a slow leak on a tire. Thankfully they found the nail and fixed the tire within an hour. Great place.

Great service. Had 4 tires installed by a competitor. The competition did not spin balance the tires, noticeable as I shimmied down the highway. Little Tire got be right in and finished the job correctly. Fast and friendly service.

At the little tire store on rt 1, Brandon was great from the first phone call when I let him know I was being towed in. When I told him who I was, he was ready with the paperwork. He said he would have me done as soon as possible. I barely had time to shop a few doors down before they were done. Brandon really made you feel like you were being taken care of and important.

Setup appointment at 11am, was told it would take about two hours to complete, which included a front end alignment. Brought a book to read while I waited. I brought my car in to Little Tire Company for a check-up and a Virginia State Inspection a few days ago. I was treated courteously from start to finish, and though the lot was crowded when I stopped by at 8 a.m. (a testament to the company’s reputation), I did not have to wait very long. By the way, Little Tire Company was recommended on the Fredericksburg “Next Door” blog, too.

I get my boat trailer state inspection at Little Tire every year. They’re always quick and efficient. This time they even went out of their way to add a bit of brake fluid to my trailer system. Solid operation!

I was in need for new tires quickly. Called them to got a price, which was very competitive, and they had them in the next morning. I dropped off my truck and they had it done in a few hours. Great service, great price, would highly recommended!!!

Had a screw in my run flat tire and while it is advised to not plug a run flat, you can still do it as long as you understand that it will cause a weakness if anything else would happen to the tire. Some garages won’t even do it. I called a few before finding the Little Tire Company. They were so nice and quick that it made having a bad morning because of the screw in the tire so much better! Cannot recommend enough!

Well there are pluses and minuses. Getting the biggest minus out of the way is the extremely long wait for getting actual service. Expect to wait on a first come first serve basis. No you can’t expect to come back before your 2-4 hour projected wait time. Turn over your car key. Just have a friend to either transport you or do like I did. The guys here are amazing. They are incredibly fast at their jobs and so kind. They saved my tire from exploding despite the late time I arrived at the shop, and they did not make me feel stupid for not knowing what was going on. Prices amazing. I will be going back and you should too.

I needed a quick answer to why I had a slow leak in my tire. I’m preparing to go out of time for an extended period over Christmas and didn’t want to come back to a flat tire at the airport parking garage. The guys at the front desk were very polite and helpful. They got me in right away and quickly discovered a nail in the tire. It was patched up at minimal cost. I’m extremely pleased with my experience. Will definitely be back for any other tire issues or purchases.

Austin did a great job finding a air filter that had been clogged for quite sometime . I didn’t know air filters were behind glove box so I learned something to. My go-to auto shop now. I went there after feeling not really comfortable with advice I was getting from another shop: felt like I was constantly getting sold stuff that wasn’t needed. I took a vehicle to this shop for a prepurchase inspection and they were able to take a look at it quickly as I walked in without an appointment. They advised me to not purchase the car because there was huge rust holes all over the car and it wouldn’t even pass inspection. Go with the pros! Courteous counter help asked if I minded dropping off the car for tire rotation. That indeed was my plan. Within the hour I was notified that the vehicle was ready. Soon after I arrived the counter worker offered to bring the car to me (that was a first) I politely declined, obtained the key and was on my way..
